BREAST CANCER AWARENESS
October is Breast Cancer Awareness Month and we're joining the national campaign to spread awareness! Breast cancer is the second most common cancer in women and about 1 in every 8 American women will get breast cancer at some point in their lifetime. That's why early detection and treatment of breast cancer is so important-- knowing what to do can save lives.
In honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month we'll be having "get 10, give 10" for the month of October! Enjoy 10% off our Breast Cancer Awareness Collection and we'll simultaneously donate 10% of the proceeds from your purchase to the Susan G. Komen Organization. This money will be going towards breast cancer research to continue to work on finding treatments and a cure, as well as community health grants to raise awareness and overcome barriers to breast cancer screening, diagnosis and treatment. When breast cancer is detected early enough, the 5-year survival rate is 99%, and new research into treatment methods can make that percentage even higher. Together, we can help ensure that breast cancer is detected at the right time and treated appropriately.
