Orders are processed pending item availability and credit card verification. AndreaFohrman.com will contact you via email if there are any issues with your order. If an item is sold out our concierge will contact you with an estimated delivery date.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or company observed holidays:

Returns & Exchanges

Our return policy is within 7 days of receipt for online store credit only. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Unfortunately at this time, we do not offer free shipping on returns or exchanges. Credit will be given on all returns or exchanges excluding all shipping fees in the form of an online giftcard.

Sample sale items are final sale.

Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged.

Shipping

All shipments require a direct signature upon delivery and we do not ship to PO boxes. Any and all shipping charges due to bounced or undeliverable packages is the responsibility of the receiver of goods.

International Shipping

All orders require a signature upon delivery. 

We do our best to ship all orders within 48 hours of receipt - excluding weekends and the above listed holidays. We ship via DHL, please enter your shipping address at checkout to determine shipping costs. Duties and taxes are assessed by customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

We cannot guarantee arrival dates of international orders due to the rigorous customs process that some orders incur.

Sales Tax

All orders shipped within the state of California will be charged the current tax rate of 9.5%. All orders shipped outside the state of California or internationally will not be charged sales tax.

Jewelry Care

Fine jewelry by nature is delicate and requires care and attention.   

Remove your jewelry when applying soaps, self-tanner, creams, perfumes, or when using any cleaning liquids. While it is generally uncommon, oils from the skin can discolor fine jewelry over time, so periodically clean and wipe down your piece with a polishing cloth to remove excess oil and restore shine. 

Gemstones may chip or crack if excess pressure is applied. Please be mindful when handling and wearing our gemstone pieces. As each gemstone is unique and one of a kind, breakage will result in an entirely new piece having to be made.

Our Bead Collection is mostly strung on silk thread which can stretch over time if submerged in water. Remove your beads when applying soaps, self-tanner, creams, perfumes, or when using any cleaning liquids. 

Our enamel pieces use French enamel, a fine art perfected in the 12th century and used exquisitely in our pieces. Keep enamel pieces out of direct sunlight, extreme cold, or extreme heat for an extended period of time as this can cause discoloration. Do not apply perfume or tinted creams while wearing as this can alter the color of the enamel.

Repairs

For repair inquiries on items purchased directly from AndreaFohrman.com, please email info@andreafohrman. Please include your name, description of the repair required, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase.

We kindly request that packages are not sent without prior communication with the Andrea Fohrman team.

Pricing for repairs vary depending on damage. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs.
