Our return policy is within 7 days of receipt for an exchange and/or online store credit only. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return for online store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Due to the One of a Kind nature, a lot of the colored stones used in Andrea Fohrman's line vary from piece to piece. If you have any questions please email all inquires to firstname.lastname@example.org

- Customized Pieces- Please note that all french enamel pieces may vary in color due to the customization factor as most are made to order.
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery.
If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, you must bring the item to the original retailer where it was purchased. We are only responsible for pieces purchased directly from Andreafohrman.com

In the event of a manufacturing defect or if you received an item in error, please email us at email@example.com within 48 hours of receiving your purchase and someone will get back to you within 24 hours.
Items purchased from Andrea Fohrman:
For all repair inquiries, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include your name, description of the repair required, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase.
If we are able to repair your piece, they can take 2-4 weeks to complete depending on the nature of the repair. We will return your repaired item back to you as soon as it is ready and will notify you with an email and tracking number as soon as it ships.
All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.
All repairs are done on a case-by-case basis.
Items purchased from another stockist:

All INTERNATIONAL orders are considered FINAL SALE once shipped and are therefore ineligible for return for store credit or exchange.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a credit to the gift giver.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your repair product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
